2009
Cécile de Lacroix founds Faubourg Legal in Paris with a team of four lawyers focused on corporate and M&A advisory.
2013
The firm opens its dispute resolution and international arbitration practice, taking on its first ICC-seated matters.
2017
A Brussels office opens to serve clients before EU competition and regulatory authorities.
2021
Faubourg Legal advises on its largest cross-border transaction to date, spanning energy and infrastructure assets across three jurisdictions.
2024
A New York office opens, completing the firm's transatlantic coverage for clients with US-facing operations.
