The Firm
An independent firm, built for international stakes.
Founded in 2009 by Cécile de Lacroix, Faubourg Legal has grown into a firm of reference for groups navigating cross-border transactions, disputes, and regulatory scrutiny. Our lawyers combine the rigour of French legal training with the fluency of international practice, representing clients across aviation, energy, insurance, retail, automotive, and rail transport.
We remain deliberately independent — a structure that lets us advise without conflict, and act with the discretion our clients' matters require.
